Appreciated their flexibility on cancelling our event last year and allowing us to rebook this year. They even let us change our bounce house pick at the last minute. A lot of fun was had by all.

Great company to work with - 2nd time I've used them and they did a wonderful job.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Excellent customer service. Miga was fantastic! He is the reason I will rent again. Also...Melissa (I think that is her name) was helpful. Great job!!!

Posted on InflatableOffice

You guys are Amazing! Have used you the last two years for my daughter's birthday! Can't wait for next year!

Posted on InflatableOffice

It was an exceptional experience. Thank you!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Fabulous

Posted on InflatableOffice

Great place to rent from. They are phenomenal, prompted and very easy to work with. Just wish we didn't have to pay a distance charge. Overall, everything was great and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you for making my kids party great!!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Great experience, very professional. We LOVED it.

Posted on InflatableOffice

I called the day before I needed the bounce house. They were able to send me a contract within an hour and set up the bounce house the following morning. They were quick with communication, set up the bounce house exactly where we asked them to (even though we weren’t there when they arrived), and arrived to clean it up quickly. They were amazing! I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Posted on InflatableOffice

As an event planner, I really appreciated your customer service. I was working with you all and the Madison Parks Department so I had a bunch of questions for you guys. You were so helpful over the phone. I was never put on hold and you always had the answers I needed right away. Thank you for being knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. Also, thank you for being on time to our event. You set up the inflatable in record time and gave great instructions for using the inflatables. We feel like we got the bang for our buck! Also, these inflatables were a big reason why our kids had so much fun at the event. Your company blessed 150 kids in one afternoon. That day, you brought joy to middle schoolers who, early that day had the lives of their friends threatened by an active shooter. You are making a difference in our community. Thank you.

Posted on InflatableOffice

All good- talk to you again next year for booking again

Posted on InflatableOffice

Prompt service, arrived on time, friendly, and great dunk tank.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Been coming here for years and they are always friendly and professional.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Fun time bounces provided a bounce house for our block party and the entire experience could not have been better. The booking process was very straightforward. The delivery and pickup was seamless. The team was polite and courteous and left the area spotless after pickup. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for future events.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Would highly recommend this company and would definitely re-book! Easy to communicate with, schedule, and wonderful customer service. Everything was completely ready for use and everyone had a blast!

Posted on InflatableOffice

I really appreciated Melissa's calm and positive approach throughout the booking process. We had a number of challenges to work through given the bureaucracy of UW–Madison and the caution that goes with anything related to events on Library Mall. The planning process was laborious, but everything worked out very well. We hope to work with you again next fall on another tailgate party. The process should be significantly easier!

Posted on InflatableOffice

We had to reschedule several times because my son had an ankle injury that took longer to heal than expected. The staff worked with us and was very understanding, which I greatly appreciated. We were finally able to have our event and the staff who dropped off the inflatable were friendly and professional, and on time for the drop off and the pick up. We would definitely rent from you again, and recommend you to others!

Posted on InflatableOffice

THE QUALITY OF THE UNITS WAS IMPRESSIVE, ALL LIKE NEW. THE SET UP WAS QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIRING NO EFFORT ON OUR PART. THE TAKE DOWN CREW WAS LATE TO ARRIVE BUT WE WERE TOLD TO GO HOME AND NOT BABY SIT THE UNITS SO WE DID. IN THE MORNING ALL WAS GONE AND TIDY. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GOOD WORK. LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT YEAR FOR YOUR INVOLVEMENT IN THE SECOND ANNUAL PIG ROAST.

Posted on InflatableOffice

I have rented from Fun Time Bounces for 8 years now. The staff is friendly and efficient. Their products are quality and the kids look forward to Slip N Slide day every year.

We tried to secure bounce house last year but reservation had to be rescheduled due to weather. That was difficult but I am glad you allowed us to hold the deposit. Rescheduling went well and event was a lot of fun. Kids had a great time and adults were happy with it all. Thank you

Posted on InflatableOffice

Wonderful experience! Deliver helped me problem solve an issue we had and proposed an alternative. To be frank he made our day!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Very easy to work with, and friendly!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Really appreciated Miga reaching out to inquire about rescheduling days ahead based on weather forecast and made re-scheduling easy. Crew on hand was quick and efficient at getting things done. They did a great job with our attendees, getting them into harnesses and clipped into the belay system.

Posted on InflatableOffice

I appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail of all aspects of the ordering process. We will definitely rent from you again!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Seemed to be good. Very positive. Any isses were quickly taken car of.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Overall the experience was great. The company communicated great before the event to let us know what time the bouncy house would be delivered. It was set up quickly. We had one small issue with the tarp covering up the blower and the house deflated. However customer service was extremely helpful and the issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes. The kids had a blast and were exhausted by the end of the day... Exactly what we were hoping for! The pick up crew did a great job... Efficient, friendly, and very professional. We would definitely rent again! Multiple people at the party asked where we got this from as well. It was a huge hit and exactly what the birthday girl was hoping for!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Miga is great to deal with. He communicated very well. He did everything he said he was going to do. We have been renting from your company for several years and have always had really great service.

Posted on InflatableOffice

I would definitely rent again from your company- it was a great experience!

Posted on InflatableOffice

As promised, when promised. When you are effectively selling "fun" - that is all that matters.

Posted on InflatableOffice

We had a great experience from beginning to end. The rental process was easy. We received a phone call the day before to let us know the details up time. They came when they said and the set up crew was very friendly and professional. The bounce house was clean and the kids had so much fun! Thank you!

Posted on InflatableOffice

You guys are amazing! You accommodated your big event Saturday by delivering it early and then picked it up Sunday. You told us not to worry about the storm as I was nervous for liability. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind. This is our second bounce house with you guys. We will rent again. It was perfect for my sons golden birthday. Thanks again for an amazing time! And thanks for all you do.

Posted on InflatableOffice

We had issues with the water tanks and our boss was very disappointed that it did not function correctly

Posted on InflatableOffice

Thanks for being flexible with the dates. It was great that we could change it from Saturday to Sunday due to rain. We had a little bit of a problem with the online contract signing process, but everything else was hassle free. The staff is very knowledgeable and reassuring and returned our phone calls promptly. This was our first bounce house rental, we felt confident when Miga set it up that it would be safe. Thanks everyone, the bouncy Giraffe was really the most fun of our family reunion, adults and kids all loved it.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Very professional operation. Arrived early and set everything up quickly and securely. No issues at all.

Posted on InflatableOffice

5 stars wouldn’t change a thing

Posted on InflatableOffice

I really like the ease and convenience of booking the rental online. The customer service was professional, and the arrival set up and take down was on time and quick. Will rent from here again. We had the best day with the Disney Princess bounce house!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Thank you both for the quick setup and take down and for providing additional hoses for us. We will use you again in the future!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Fun Time Bounces was attentive and incredibly easy to work with. I was concerned about rain for my event, and was given options and alternatives that were reasonable and fair. I fortunately had great weather and did not have to worry about it. We used a generator and had plenty of gas for the event and lots of fun. The slide and bounce house combo was a great option. Thank you for making it so easy to rent from you. I will definitely do that again.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Staff was great and I think they did a really great job, my only qualm is that they parked their vehicle inside the facility without permission and it was a bit of an eyesore during the event, I wish they would have asked instead of just assuming they could stay parked there.

Posted on InflatableOffice

This is the best bouncy house place in the world. This is my second year and counting. The only place I am renting from for my summer fun times

Posted on InflatableOffice

Fun Time Bounces continues to provide a great experience at our parties. We have used them 3 times and each time they have made it very easy for us.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Everything around the entire process was excellent. The crew was great. We appreciate very much that you were kind enough to upgrade two of the inflatables without extra charge. We look forward to working with you all again next year and years to come.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Kids had a great time on the slip and slide at my daughter’s birthday party. The staff that came to set it up and take it down happen to give us a little extra time which was nice. I imagine this was just by chance based on their route for the day. I had helpful interactions over the phone and over email with the office staff and the manager. I would definitely consider renting party equipment from Funtime bounces in the future.

Posted on InflatableOffice

I was extremely pleased with the communication provided to me regarding drop off and pick up. Everyone throughout my entire process of renting the inflatable was extremely kind and helpful. I recommended your services during our event to many families that inquired about justice league bouncy house.

Posted on InflatableOffice

We used it for the second year in a row and would recommend for anyone. It was a big hit with all the guests. The driver and helper showed up when they promised and were polite and courteous. Set up was quick and they came at the correct time to pick up. My wife and I and especially our daughter were very happy

It was my daughter's birthday and I wanted to do something special since a traditional birthday party wasn't an option because of the worries surrounding Covid19. The process of securing the rental was so easy, all online and they answered all my questions. The bouncy house we rented was very clean, sterilized and in great shape, looked brand new! It was even better than the picture! My daughter was so happy and family was so happy, it was the best money I spent and the price was reasonable! It was perfect because we had kids ranging from 1 to 17 years old and they were all able to enjoy the bouncy house! The staff setting up and tearing down was friendly and prompt. I also called Fun Time Bounces right before the event and I got a LIVE person that picked up right away and answered my question...WOW that is what I call customer service. You get exactly what you sign up for. at the times you sign up for it (ignoring weather). Of the two times that I have rented - we actually got bonus time because they showed up a little early and picked up a little late. perfectly fine for the kids. Note that past performance does not indicate future results 🙂 in the end, this is the million dollar question: would you do business with them again? and the answer is yes. already rented twice - with plans for one more rental later this summer.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Great experience all around!

We were very happy with the men who set up our items. It was raining at the orginal set up time and they were very flexible with us. Holding off and setting up when the rain let up let us have an amazing field day. We will definitely be using Fun Time again next year.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Pick up and drop off from company was a great, added bonus!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Renting from Fun time bounces has been a great experience. A friend of mine suggested their services and I am happy that I went them. They have always been helpful and clearly explained me the process and what to expect. The setup and pickup process has also been hassle free and simple… I definitely recommend them

We will recomend your company to our friends and bussiness partners. We did give out cards that you had there. The staff knew what they were doing. We just stayed out of the way! The inflatables were nice and clean. Amie was very pleasant to work with. Her recommendation to get the My Little Farm was right on! Thanks from the Randolph Chamber of Commerce. Fun Time Bounces did an excellent job from start to finish for our event. Our selections were available and easily booked online. On event day, they arrived early , set up quickly and were ready to go right on time or before. The activities were quite busy all day and held up well to constant use. The two men who monitored the climbing wall did an excellent job with all ages wanting to climb. At the end of our event, they packed up and were on their way in short order. Their equipment was clean and nice quality. We will be back next year!

All of the equipment was incredibly clean and well taken care of. Miga and his staff were very helpful and prompt when delivering, setting up and taking down the inflatables. Miga even threw in a backup generator in case we were not able to have access to enough power outlets. The students at John Muir Elementary were delighted with all of the activities in which to choose from and raved about the fun that they had. Thank you so very much.

Thank you for all you did to help make our community event this year a success! We truly appreciate the friendly, family orientated atmosphere you and your staff displayed. Look forward to seeing you next year!

Posted on InflatableOffice

The staff of fun time bounces is always great! Friendly and on time. The obstacle we rented was new for us. It exceeded expectations! Everyone had a blast!

Posted on InflatableOffice

The staff were both helpful and flexible in helping me plan my event. I was especially touched about their concern for the bad weather forecast. Even though they encouraged me to consider rescheduling my booking, we decided to take our chances and go ahead with our party date and lucked out with no rain. I also had to change the time several times and never felt any push back. The unit was loads of fun, clean and safe. The staff also walked me through safety precautions in case the weather turned. I can't wait to include one of these units in my future events!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Arrived on time for set up and tear down. Tents were perfect! Will need again in 2026!!

Posted on InflatableOffice

The booking process was slow and confusing, I did it third party and when that wasn't working, I just called and ordered it. The people who set up and torn down were so nice and friendly. Overall, me and the family are very happy!

The customer service is great and I really appreciate that they answer the phone every time I call!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Thank you for your flexibility due to the rain. We were still able to use the dunk tank and it worked great - even in the rain. I am thankful that we are able to roll the credit to next year's event. Please let us know if there is a time frame for using the credit. Thank you.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Your staff were great, experience was 10/10. Husband left a google review!

Posted on InflatableOffice

We have used Funtime Bounces for years. They always have a great selection of inflatables. I enjoy working with the staff and the delivery people are always so nice! I asked one of our kids after our kick off what her favorite part of the night was. She said “the bouncy house.” I asked which one? She yelled “both of them” as she was jumping up and down. Thanks for making our event great!!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Due to my own errors, this all came together a bit later than it should have. Especially given that, the customer service and experience from y'all was great. Second time a group I've been involved with has rented from you, and we had high grades each time. Thanks so much! Jacob

We called to ask about availability less than a week before our event (because we hadn't been able to secure volunteers to act as attendants until then), and the staff responded quickly and said yes, they can do it. They were friendly, responsive, prompt, and efficient. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The kids really enjoyed the inflatable slide.

They are so easy to work with especially when the weather doesn't cooperate and we need to reschedule... multiple times. I recommend Funtime Bounces to many people many times a year. Keep up the good work!

Posted on InflatableOffice

The bouncy house was wonderful my daugher loved it. i would defintley rent from you guys again it was a great expeirence. we loved the slide and the basketball rims that it came with. i thought it was a great addition to the combo bouncy house. i would be nicer if the hours were extended more due to the kids not being able to bounce every day they were very sad that they could not bounce anymore. but it was understandable and kids will be kids. the people that helped set up were AMAZING ! I couldnt be any happier with the wih the bouncy house!!!! i have already recommended you guys to alot of my friends. and i pray and hope that they rent from you guys. The entire expierence was an awsome one.

Posted on InflatableOffice

I was very impressed with the simplicity of the whole process of renting the bounce house. The crew was there promptly at the agreed time and setup went smoothly. Even though we had standing water in our yard from all the rain, the guys cleaned and wiped it completely during the take down so I would have no extra charge for wetness and cleanup. This was a wonderful experience for my 4 yo granddaughter who had her own bounce house for the whole day.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Overall a very positive experience. I have the booking a 4 because it generated multiple invoices. Probably something I did wrong but that did get a bit confusing and I got a bit nervous about if the reservation went through. Appreciate Migas help and communication. Not a big deal and it all worked out but I didn’t realize the schedule wouldn’t be set until the day of and since we rented the gym we almost had the wrong times. Again it all worked out. Will definitely call you all again and recommend you to anyone. All the kids had a blast!!! Thank you!!! Highlight of the party.

Posted on InflatableOffice

I have rented from FunTime Bounces for 4 years. Always been pleased with delivery, set up and take down. When the weather prevented us from using an inflatable, Fun Time Bounces switched it it out with another more compatible item.

Posted on InflatableOffice

I believe Nick brought out the monkey house. He was right on time and went to work. He was friendly and a really nice guy. I just feel bad I didn't get to thank him when he left. I had to make a run to get something we needed for clean up so I didn't get to see him pack up. Thanks, Barbara

Posted on InflatableOffice

Melissa was fabulous to work with. She went above and beyond in regard to accessibility and follow-through. No place that I know of would give you a cell phone number to call with any questions. She was REALLY nice and REALLY kind and extremely helpful.

Posted on InflatableOffice

Thank you Miga for helping us out and being so great to work with! We will certainly be using your company in the future. Fabulous customer service, prompt delivery and pickup, and the kids had a blast so thank you for your recommendations.

We recently rented 2 inflatables and the photo booth for our Post Prom event on April 29th, 2022. The process of securing the rental was smooth and was completed with just a few emails and immediate quotes. They arrived right on time to set up and were "on hand" during the event in case something needed attention. Clean up was also smooth and they just took care of their equipment and closed the door on their way out! More importantly, we had over 160 high school kids having a great time with the Defender Dome, Radical Run Obstacle course and the photo booth. They were all smiles and completely exhausted at the end of the night, so it was a huge success. Thank you so much and hope to see you next year! Sincerely, Becky Denniston Marshall High School

Posted on InflatableOffice

Loved the selection that was available. The kids loved the basketball hoop (may mention to guest to bring a couple balls. Glad my daughter did!). The hoop does have a couple of strings that could be trimmed at nest set up. The castle was in excellent shape, we’ll cared for! Great size for all ages. Thanks for the extra couple of hours. Thank you to whoever left their Mother’s Day celebration to make ours great!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Posted on InflatableOffice

Thanks again for a great day! The crew from Fun Times came early to set up for the event, and so everything was ready to go. The booking process was speedy and straightforward. The kids had a great time!

Posted on InflatableOffice

They arrived early for setup, were prompt and courteous of the property during setup. When a circuit blew they even assisted me and were very apologetic, though it was not their fault. They gave me a quick run down of what was to be done, the kids were extremely satisfied with the jumpers, and it went wonderfully. They came back that night, broke it all down and were as quick out as they were in. It was easy on us which was VERY appreciated!

Posted on InflatableOffice

Posted on InflatableOffice

Great selection and response to our request within 24 hours. Very friendly staff and able to answer any questions. Website was user friendly and was able to get most of my questions answered they the site. I did misunderstand that even though I was using our own water hose for the water slide/bounce house we had to pay the extra $100 for it to used as a water slide and not dry slide. It was no problem though. We would definitely recommend this company and plan to use again in the future!

I've been renting bounce houses and waterslides every year from Fun time Bounces since 2015. With a great selection of event enhancing products to choose from, we've never rented the same product twice. Amy has always been personable and accommodating whenever I've booked an event date. The bounce house was clean and inviting to all! Thank you all!

Amazing job

Posted on InflatableOffice

Reserving the 9-square game was very efficient and all of my questions were answered. The game was set up several hours ahead of time, so I didn't have to worry about them arriving on time. The game did deflate about a half hour into our picnic so we didn't really get to use it.

They called me and asked if I still wanted the inflatables or wouLd I like to reschedule for a different date. I was so happy I was able to reschedule with no charges for the change. They showed up promptly on the new date and the party was perfect Thank you so much

It was very easy to book this through the website. Payment options were great and the communication around the rental and payments were clear and easy to accomodate. More pictures of the unit would have been great to see on the website so I could have a better idea what it would look like in real life settings however it was a great surprise to see how large it was (which is what we wanted!).
